Positive: The apartment is beautiful. The beaches around are perfect (few minutes by car). The kitchen is fully equipped.
Negative: We felt a bit uncomfortable in the apartment with our kids. It's felt like a museum. The place is a bit far from anywhere. For us it was perfect.
