Comfortable stay with good location Positive: Large and spacious house, well-separated bedroom area from the rest of the house. Lots of seating in the lounge. Close to Syggrou-Fix metro station. Comfortable beds. Staff very responsive. Negative: We booked this apartment thinking it’s a 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment because that’s what is mentioned in the listing. The second bathroom is actually a makeshift toilet room with a toilet and sink only. It has no window and no extraction fan system. No bath/shower either. Good to be aware of this before booking.

Positive: The location was great. Close to transit and local attractions without the noise. Great tavernas close by. Negative: The condo lacked storage in the rooms and bathrooms. The toilet/sink made alot of noise when water was running or toilet flushed. Needs to be replaced

Me cobraron hasta la limpieza sin asistir Negative: Me cobraron la reserva total por un error en la fecha . Sin utilizar el servicio. No usamos agua, energía , no desayunamos, no usamos personal del hotel, me estaban cobrando limpieza . El total de impuesto por uso de la propiedad sin utilizarla . Nunca den dinero de reserva en este hotel . Los turistas no somos importantes para ellos , solo el dinero . Le doy una calificación negativa . Negativa En otras hoteles , con situaciones parecidas , nos enviaron correos para preguntar la no asistencia y solo se cobraron el primer día . Sin cobrar la limpieza.

Negative: La climatisation ne fonctionne pas bien

Appartement spacieux et calme, mais quartier bruyant et peu touristique Positive: L'appartement est spacieux et calme, une cuisine, deux chambres, un salon et un coin repas. Un climatiseur de bonne qualité et silencieux dans les chambres et le salon, bienvenu en été. Quelques extérieurs mais peu utilisés. Il est très pratique pour rejoindre l'Acropole (15 min à pied). Negative: L'entrée de l'immeuble donne sur l'avenue Kallirois, une route à 3 voies sur laquelle les Grecs roulent très vite. Ce n'est pas très accueillant quand on arrive sur Athènes. Le quartier en lui-même n'est pas extraordinaire, beaucoup de concessionnaires de motos, pas de supermarché, pas de restaurant, que des fast-foods ou des supérettes excessivement chères. Il faut marcher 5 à 10 min pour retrouver Leof. Andrea Syggrou et commencer à voir des restaurants plus intéressants, après avoir risqué notre vie en traversant un énorme carrefour. Honnêtement nous n'étions pas rassurés avec les enfants.
